Synthesis of some new derivatives of pyrroloindole

Annotation:

Chemical transformations were performed on the basis of angular pyrroloindole diester. Dinitrile compound was obtained from corresponding pyrroloindole by two-stepped transformation, then reduction of dinitrile compound gave a new tryptamine bifunctional analogue. At the second hand a new four-ring aromatic, heterocyclic system was derived from cyclo-condensation of pyrroloindole dialdehyde with hydrazine, instead of expected five-ring compound. The results are confirmed by spectral data.
