Tropospheric aerosols have an influence on climate change, earth radiative balance and human health. Organic Aerosols (OA), in particular Secondary Organic Aerosols (SOA) present significant fraction of total aerosol budget. SOA are formed from the oxidation of Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) by OH, ozone or nitrate radical (NO3). While the oxidation with OH and ozone is well understood only few researches exist about NO3 + VOC chemistry. In this work, set of the experiments between Isoprene (most abundant VOC) and nitrate radical (nighttime dominant oxidant) in a large reaction chamber will be discussed. In addition, description of the experimental environment and used instruments will be given.
