Thesis refers to explore radiation spectrum of Atoms and Molecules at the time of collision with Electrons Ions Nitrogen and Oxygen’s molecules. The results are given in the area of ultraviolet vacuum and visible radiation . There was observed N_2^+ Nitrogen Molecular ion’s first negative B^2 Σ_u^+-X^2 Σ_g^+ and System of Meynles A^2 Π_u-X^2 Σ_g^+ radiation spectrums . Measurements were performed using the optical spectroscopy method in the visible range of radiation at 600-800 nm an vacuum ultraviolet 50-120 nm. In order to minimize the excitation effect, the Mainell band spectrum was investigated at low target gas pressure (0.7 mtori).
