In this technological age we see EM radiation from natural as well as, artificial, human created sources. Apart from useful electromagnetic radiation, which can carry information, there is also unnecessary one. In nature we often see these two types overlap and create EM noise. The noises are random signals that do not carry any useful information. To avoid interference problems it is necessary to solve electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) issue, making the possibility of disrupting other electrical devices as close to zero as possible. Many leading countries have standards and regulations to match the acceptable levels of electromagnetic radiation. Example: Federal Communications Commission of the United States(FCC) regulates every commercial source of EM radiation. Our device records B class noise of FCC standards, that involves measuring EM noise in the 455KHz-30 MHz range. The goal of the first phase is to determine if TSU university grounds complies with the FCC standards.
